Maria Begg-Roberson is an active volunteer in community organizations and an educational leader by profession. She is a mother of two who benefit from a Rutherford Public School education. Maria’s role as Rutherford Education Foundation Board Member and local Girl Scout Troop Leader, as well as her history of exposure to world cultures joined together offer a candidate with both an understanding of Rutherford’s established systems as well as a fresh perspective on our future potential. She and her husband Matt have chosen Rutherford to be their home. Maria is humbled and excited by the possibility of contributing her unique qualifications to the Council and the Rutherford experience.
